The folks at Facebook don't have much to worry about. If Zuckerberg and friends sell their shares tomorrow, they are still ahead of the game. They have their millions and can take the money and run. The day the stock went public, they created their own pool of wealth they could tap into as they needed.
If you are not someone who usually invests in stocks, and are thinking about when is the right time buy Facebook stock, ah, maybe you should look else where.
